Dallan loves being close to the day-to-day operations at MOTIF and having the opportunity to turn good ideas into positive changes. His vision for the future is to help build systems that make work feel seamless and efficient, while continuing to evolve and take advantage of new technology as it becomes available.

When he’s not at MOTIF, there’s a good chance Dallan is tackling a yard or house project with his wife. He also spends plenty of time with their dogs and daughter, and would happily take the whole family back to New York to explore everything he missed the first time around.

At work, he’s responsible for making a significant dent in the office snack supply, usually leaving a fresh pile of wrappers on his desk as evidence. He loves pepperoni pizza, anything involving pasta and pesto, and usually has Morgan Wallen or Luke Combs playing while he works around the house. And in perhaps the least surprising accountant confession ever, Dallan genuinely enjoys numbers, spreadsheets, and solving small problems—even when he’s off the clock.
