Tyler is all about seeing ideas come to life. One of his favourite parts of working at MOTIF is watching something go from a conversation to an actual product people get to use.

Outside of work, Tyler keeps busy with golf, basketball, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and kids. His dream trip combines a couple of those interests with an adventure abroad: snowboarding in Japan. 

Around the office, Tyler has a habit of sending a Slack message and then immediately walking over to follow up in person. When he’s not doing that, there’s a chance he’s researching a golf course he plans to play, something he can happily spend hours doing. And if there’s a song stuck in his head while he does it, it’s probably “Make Your Move” by Hieroglyphics.

Looking ahead, he hopes to keep growing alongside MOTIF, bring in great new clients, build lasting relationships, and take on more responsibility along the way.
